It sounds like Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are loving married life!

After tying the knot in a stunning ceremony earlier this month, Sam is opening up about married life for the first time.

"It’s just surreal, man," Sam said in a recent interview with Good Morning America.

He continued, "It’s been a minute, it was way overdue for us and we imagined this thing being a fairytale and it was."

Sam explained that they kept the wedding to "only 50 to 70 people" and just "wanted to just celebrate" — which is exactly what they did.

As for Britney, Sam says she "is amazing" and "doing great" after the big day.

And while the whole husband thing "hasn’t hit" him just yet, Sam hopes that children are on the horizon for the couple.

"I want to be able to make my future children happy and have them say, 'Oh that’s my dad, I want to be like my dad,'" Sam shared.
